Dr. Marjorie Darrah is the Co-Founder and Director of Research and Evaluation at STEM Peak Performance, LLC. She is a distinguished mathematician and researcher with extensive experience in STEM education and advanced technologies. Currently a Professor of Mathematics at West Virginia University (WVU) since 2007, her career spans over 30 years in higher education and informal STEM learning programs.
Dr. Jessica Deshler is the Co-Founder and Director of Grants and Partnerships at STEM Peak Performance, LLC, with over two decades of experience in higher education, research, and leadership. She holds a BS in Mathematics from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, an MS and PhD in Mathematics from the University of New Mexico, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from West Virginia University (WVU).
Dr. Lori Ogden is the Co-Founder and Director of Curriculum and Academic Innovation at STEM Peak Performance, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and leadership across K-12 and higher education, she is a dedicated educator and leader committed to advancing student success in STEM education.
